All exchanges are for credit and exchange only we do not offer money back.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer an exchange if is requested past the date limits above. All exchanges that require shipping is at the expense of the customer for both ways to and from the shop.
Several types of items are excluded from returns such as; Sales, Discounted items, Jewelry, sunglasses, any purchases with promo codes, Store Codes or purchased during flash sales.
To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it no stains, or damages. It must also be in the original tags.
All exchanges are FINAL SALE.

We offer First Class (5-7 Business days) To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment on time, please make sure your address is entered correctly, lookout for emails for any out-of-stock notices, Use correct abbreviations. We will ship to address provided so please make sure you have entered the correct shipping address we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect address if incorrect address is entered. if orders are sent back due to wrong address you will have to pay for shipping charges to re-ship.
We try to ship out orders as soon as possible in some rare cases priority orders can take 1-3 (business days) for you to receive tracking information. This is just an estimate in most cases orders are shipped out same day.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, and you have not received it (lost/stolen). You must take this up with the United States Postal Service.
